How to Identify Your Model Number
Finding your appliance's model number is the fastest way for us to understand your unit before we arrive. Your Sub-Zero's model and serial number are located on a silver tag, usually in one of these locations:
- Inside the refrigerator compartment: Look on the ceiling or along the side wall, often near the top hinge.
- Behind the top grille: The grille can often be tilted or removed to reveal the tag.
- Behind the kickplate: For some units, the tag is located at the very bottom of the appliance.
- On the left side of the crisper drawer.
